Step Back Into Your Own Life

A one-day creative and mindset experience for people who’ve spent so long holding everything together that they’ve quietly disappeared into the background of their own lives.

It rarely happens all at once. Most people don’t wake up one day thinking, “I’ve lost myself.” It’s usually much quieter than that.

You stop saying what you really want.

You make yourself smaller in conversations.

You settle for “that’ll do” instead of asking for more.

You become very good at coping, carrying on and keeping everything moving.

And somewhere along the way, you lose a bit of yourself in the process.

This day is about recognising those patterns and beginning to shift them.

Not in a dramatic, tear-your-life-apart kind of way, but in the small moments where you notice how often you default, minimise yourself, or talk yourself out of what you actually want. Those moments seem insignificant, but over time they shape how you experience your whole life.

And the shoes?

You’ll transform your own pair of shoes using metallic foiling and creative techniques, but this isn’t really about crafts.

The shoes are simply the anchor for the day - a visible reminder that you chose to stop shrinking yourself for a while and reconnect with who you are underneath all the responsibility, pressure and “just getting on with it.”

During the day you’ll experience:

  • Honest conversations and reflection around where you’ve been settling or making yourself smaller

  • Mindset and identity work designed to help you reconnect with yourself

  • Creativity and self-expression without pressure or perfection

  • Guided exercises to help you step back into your own life more fully

  • The transformation of your own shoes into something bold and personal

You'll leave with:

  • your Sassy Shoes

  • fresh perspective

  • renewed energy

  • and a stronger connection to yourself

This isn’t about becoming a different person. It’s about reconnecting with yourself and becoming more present in your own life again.

Not more polished. Not louder. Not perfect. Just more honest about who you are and what you actually want.
