Saturday 30 January 2027 | 10am–4:30pm
Notts Pride Hub, Nottingham | Maximum 10 people

£97 for the first five bookings. £127 thereafter.

Lunch, refreshments, all activities, your personal digital colour swatch and a sensory goodie bag are included.

What would you love to say a wholehearted yes to?

An invitation lands and you think, “I’d love that.” You check your diary and book.

Someone asks what you’d prefer. You tell them.

You have an idea that excites you. You take the first step, without needing a committee to approve it.

And when something doesn’t suit you, you can say so.

Those ordinary moments are where self-trust becomes something you can feel and use.

Perhaps you’d love more of that. More freedom to choose, more boldness about speaking up, more room for your own enjoyment.

You might already be confident in plenty of situations. You can still be curious about what happens when you give your own judgement a bit more weight.

That’s what we’ll explore during your Funky Diva day.

“Remember who you are and who you could be if you let yourself.”
— Tracy, previous participant

First, something lovely in your January diary

A whole day you’ve chosen because you fancy it

Time to hear yourself think, enjoy interesting company and get absorbed in creating something

There’ll be music, colour, conversation and those lovely moments when you recognise something about yourself—or see a possibility you hadn’t considered

You can come on your own or with a friend. You don’t need to arrive with a goal, a dramatic backstory or an explanation for wanting to be there.

“I really fancy that” is enough.

Meet your Funky Diva

Your Funky Diva brings together the qualities you want to draw on more often.

Perhaps you’d love a little more boldness when making decisions. More playfulness. More ease honouring your needs or saying what matters to you.

Through guided activities, you’ll explore those qualities and create your own Funky Diva alter ego. Then, when an everyday situation comes along, you have someone familiar to call on:

“How would my Funky Diva approach this?”

It might help you pause before an automatic yes. Remember an idea you want to pursue. Or choose something simply because it makes you smile.

Bring a friend

Come with someone who instantly gets it and you’ll both receive a special Funky Diva bonus on the day, because some shifts feel easier when they’re witnessed by someone safe.

Here's how the day unfolds...

Spot the Squish—and have a laugh at some of those rules

We’ll begin with Sausage Machine Bingo, spotting the everyday expectations about how you’re supposed to behave, speak, dress, age and live.

Discover the Funky Diva energy you want more of

Through the Funky Diva archetype quiz and cards. You’ll explore which qualities come naturally to you and which you’d enjoy bringing forward.

Explore colour with fresh eyes

In the afternoon, everyone will have a turn with the colour analysis drapes.

You’ll see the effect different colours have on you—and watch those discoveries happen for other people too. Been told you can’t wear black? I’ll show you ways to make it work.

Everyone receives their own personal digital colour swatch to use afterwards.

(My standalone online colour analysis costs £150. Your group colour experience and personal digital swatch are included in your retreat ticket!!!)

Create something that brings it together

We’ll use your discoveries, including colour, in an easy-to-follow practical activity that brings your Funky Diva to life. You’ll have materials, guidance and something personal to take home as a reminder of the energy you want to draw on.

No creative skills necessary.

Give your Funky Diva an outing

Our playful finale is an opportunity to enjoy expressing what you’ve discovered.

You can experiment try accessories and celebrate everyone’s interpretation of their Funky Diva.

Joining in is your choice. Enthusiastic appreciation from the sidelines is welcome too.

There are just ten places, giving us room for individual attention and getting to know one another.
